"Horrendous night. I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could as that implies I got some level of service whilst I was there. Booked a table in advance for 7pm, took 45 minutes to have our drinks and food order taken. We waited until 9pm and our food still hadn't arrived, instead they prioritised all the takeaway orders rather than anyone in the restaurant. Asked for the Manager repeatedly, but they refused to come out and see the many frustrated tables, instead let the poor front of house team take everyone's complaints. After 2+ hours of waiting, we eventually threw in the towel and left to go and grab food elsewhere, not exactly how we intended to spend the evening. If you fancy a curry served anytime vaguely near when you got to your table, I'd look elsewhere.... If you do end up going, McDonald' s at Gillingham is open late just FYI."
