"After using this place off and on for 30yrs I was sadly disappointed tonight,our order arrived wrong,when ringing to say it was wrong we was passed onto someone else,who told us we didn't add the missing items to the order,I said the guy read it back to us,it was on the order,he said he would reorder but at an extra cost to us and said would be with us as soon as possible,an hr later it still hadn't arrived so I rang to find out where it was and was just told it hasn't left the premises yet but give them 5mins and it will be on its way,I said that that was unacceptable that they've made us wait all this time,the rest of our food is now cold! His answer was thats not his fault that we didn't order the food right in first place!! I repeated what I'd said earlier and he talked over me saying he's not argueing with me,we didn't order it! I told him to forget his food,we will never use this place again. Disgusting attitude and customer service."
