"Came in Saturday around 3pm 18th Feb 2023. Won't be returning again. Our first time using the cafe. They messed up kids meal order. They then messed up my food order. Not only did they do that but the elderly lady working was absolutely vile. No apology,just give me a filthy look and a sarcastic comment. I was actually having a minor panic attack when we went in and this made it even worse. Only wanted to treat the kids because we rarely go out. The staff ruined it."
"Very strange experience at the cafe First day in Nantwich and headed to M&S food and cafe … Although I purchase 2 items from the cafe but the one item I had purchased from the supermarket (a pack of cooked chicken) I cannot touch and cannot eat it! So go outside and eat it but I can’t eat at the cafe although I have purchased two items from us already … very poor customer service unexpected from M&S if I hadn’t purchased anything from the cafe yes I could understand … won’t go back to the cafe and the girl serving"
