Food is about as average as it gets, couple this with the owner actively encouraging customers and delivery drivers to utilise the taxi rank outside setting these poor, impressionable, not so clever people for a fine when the council does eventually pull its finger out and deal with the mess. They've had an ample chance to self police this issue particularly, so the fines and points incoming will be just deserts."
