"After reading the reviews I took a chance on trying this takeaway. Quite honestly it was the right thing. Easy ordering on the phone with a helpful staff member .Delivery around and hour later by a very polite lady driver. Food piping hot and exactly how I hoped it would be. Everything delivered in secure containers and bags. The food was cooked perfect and really tasty. Definatly will be using this takeaway in the future. Thank you."
"Extremely busy being Valentines Day. The phone was non-stop and getting through took multiple attempts. Order booked eventually and was ready within 15 minutes. Food was hot, as ordered and of a reasonable standard expected from anHigh Street Chinese. Well worth a visit if looking for a take away in the area. Certainly my normal go to when it comes to this type of meal."
"Ordered a takeaway at the weekend and the food was lovely and hot was told an hour wait and it was so quick came before the hour was up. Food tasted lovely Service was excellent from talking on the phone to the lady who delivered it. We are so ordering again :) And to top it off got a lovely chinese calander for Xmas."

I ordered my food and was told it will take an hour and half to deliver (which was understandable due to how busy they can get) the food didn’t arrive until 3 and half hours later… so i called oriental taste to confirm where my order is and we have always been so loyal to them. The manager told me I will not be getting my food and the delivery driver will not turn up anymore, I then explained that we have been waiting for a very long time and I just wanted an apology or something!! the manager then got rude and hung up on my face! I was left confused, disappointed and embarrassed to say the least! I will never order from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to order from oriental taste! WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER RECEIVED!"
