"Ordered sushi to pick up at 19:50, bearing in mind it is supposed to be open until 20:00, so got there a bit early and was told by the waitrose staff that everyone had gone home, spoke with waitrose manager (who was absolutely fantastic by the way) and they said there was no handover done. I've contacted multiple times regarding a refund of the order, which totalled £40 and there has been no response, absolute shambles and I want my money back."
