"Today I did a shop with my three children, as you do, you forget things. Realising I had forgot to get birthday cards i needed, I made my way to the stupidly placed area where the cards are located in a hidden corner aside the entrance of the shop. In doing so I walked through a checkout where the idly chatting checkout worker suddenly shouted “excuse me, are you paying for your shopping!” I found this disgusting as; one she assumed I was thieving, two she alerted all the staff and shoppers to this and three there was a security guard at the door who’s job it is for that sort of thing, so she must of aimed to embarrass me?!. The irony is this woman’s normally ignoring customers even the ones she’s serving but today she thought she would do that! She clearly doesn’t know her role!"
