"Ordered plain cheese burger and chips it was a big mess around for just wanting that then I recieved it very small in size compared to other burgers wasn't expecting it be as small as it was then sat down and it wasn't plain there was a girl serving us very honest and nice the other staff looked like they attitude problems and didn't want to be there with right miserable faces and the burger tasted like a microwave rustlers burger nothing special and very over priced the toilets also had a strong smell of urine could smell from the tills when the door opened not good at all"
"It's been a long time since I have received such a poor service in a well known fastfood restaurant. Staff are either lazy or unpaid because otherwise, there's no explanation for their complete lack of ... everything. I have ordered food and water for my son. I was given an ice-cold bottle of water, and I have requested if they could kindly offer a room temperature bottle for the child. I explained that he is autistic and that he does not do well with the low temperatures in food or drinks. I have not brought water from outside due to respect for the restaurant. First, they looked at me confused, and the second time I asked, they barely could hold the laugh in. Obviously there was no water in the back and the restaurant was relying in the 5 bottles they had in the fridge. I have asked if I could have some tap water and I'll still keep the cold water I paid for, so wasn't seeking for a refund and they brought ice cold tap water all smirking. Someone with common sense would have combined it with a bit of hot water.....I am disgusted"
"Always a pleasure to visit this branch, can get busy at peak times so expect a longer wait to get served. Never an issue with finding a ln empty table. Food is prepared in a timely manner, and to a high standard."
"Food as good as any fast food can be. No cola, sugar free or otherwise when we visited and no ice-cream either. Staff member who served us could've been a more enthusiastic about service and needs to try and use her manners more. Moody and offhand. Food a little cold and overcooked especially the chicken fries and not given any sauces with them."
