"Ordered on a Thursday evening and waited over an hour and 15 minutes for cold food. No answer from the store on multiple attempts to phone even though deliver time when ordering was 21-31 mins, makes it worse that I live 2 minutes away!"
"We've ordered from here numerous times in the past and each time we haven't been that impressed with the time/quality that goes in to making the pizza presentable, so we stopped ordering from Dominoes and went elsewhere. We gave it another go recently so we could try out the new 'The Ultimate Spicy Sausage With Nduja' pizza. When we got home and opened the box, we were again not happy with the presentation! It looked like a child had cut the pizza up, it wasn't even at all and some of the slices were that badly cut they were a line rather than a triangle shape you usually get whenever you order pizza, personally I think this is unacceptable and it's a good job we weren't sharing this pizza evenly with friends. The pizza wasn't very well made either, the edges were disproportionate, the cheese was slightly burnt on some parts. We were shocked with how the presentation of the pizza was and didn't enjoy it at all. This was our last time trying out Dominoes again, unfortunately we are disappointed and will now go elsewhere. Note to Dominoes: if it's that hard to cut the pizza evenly, maybe investing in a machine to cut the pizza is the way forward!!"
