"Disappointing again - so firstly we actually think Woodyz pizza is delicious which is why we keep giving them a second chance but our order this Saturday turned out particularly frustrating. There seems to be a problem getting your orders right. Twice previously we have ordered bottles of coke as part of our order and not received them despite being promised refund by the delivery driver (I attempted email contact but no response). So that’s say £5. Then this Saturday placed a pre-order online for 5:30 (our little one usually eats around 4:30 so we were pushing it) - 5:50 no delivery, so called and was told 5mins (no apology), delivery received around 6:15 - it’s not the end of the world but a phone call would have been nice (the little one was getting very twitchy). The pizzas received were really small and missing toppings. Just annoying as very tasty! You’d expect better customer service considering the cost!"
