Farmhouse Pizza (Brighton)

"Never have I ever spoken to such rude staff! My partner ordered a pizza for 11.99 as advertised online (although you cannot order the offer online) he was then charged £14.99, when he queried the price and said ‘I thought it was on offer for £11.99’ the man said ‘that’s what you thought’ and hung up! I called and got shouted at to say the offer is only online not on the phone, yet you can’t order the deal online… plus there’s no pizza online for £14.99… I asked for a refund and they said we have to go to the shop to get a refund so instead I asked for £3 more food and they said no. I spoke to 3 members of staff and none were willing to help so all I will say is if you call and make an order check the cost before giving your card details. I know £3 is not a lot but if he is doing this to everyone it soon adds up. It seems I’m not the only one to say the staff are rude so I’d stay clear if I was you… Farmhouse you’ve just lost yourself another customer."

"manager was so rude. we were allowed to stand and look at the menu and then very rudely told to leave the shop by the manager when trying to place an order. a lovely lady working came and apologised for his behaviour. in shock as we have ordered from here many times before and the service has been fine. we were even told to go next door to another shop"

"Firstly the Ali G clone who took my order kept putting me on hold for 2 minutes and still couldn't get the order right. Secondly, the food arrived 2 hours late and there was not even an offer of a free pizza to make up for their incompetance. Steer clear of these amateurs."
