Fire House Pizza and Grill

"I've never had such a disgusting takeaway in my life. I've always had firehouse when it comes to ordering something in, but every time I do I feel extremely sick afterwards and have a bad tummy. Today I had the hash burger meal with chips and shared a fudge cake with my partner. It was horrific. The burger didn't taste normal and the chips were absoloutely repulsive. I then couldn't sleep so knew something was wrong and have been up all night throwing up and being sick everywhere. It's not like me to ever be sick. Please don't order from here. Even my partner feels extremely sick and also said his food didn't taste normal. I am disgusted and will never be ordering from here again."

"When I phoned to place an order with Fire House Grill, the staff were rude about me making an enquiry and gave me false information about their food on offer such as not having a certain burger as a quarter pounder. When I went online to check if this was true, it was false. It could come in 1/2 or 1/4 and thus I called to cancel. I had to call a number of times before I could reach them as the call kept dropping, and when I told them I wanted to cancel, they told me how I bothering them and I told them I wasn't, I just wanted to cancel and thus I cancelled. I don't recommend this place. Very disappointing."

"The manager and his staff are extremely meticulous about the order and will never deviate from what is wanted. Great all round, superb food, flavour, taste and attitude. Can not recommend highly enough. 5 stars all the way, every day of the week!!!!!"

"I've never had a kebab that tasted powdery before! Not a hint of lamb from my donner, tastes of something, but can't name what it is, but not lamb. Which has gone in the bin. Also missing a pot of garlic mayonnaise. Chicken was very dry too. Not a great first impression I'm afraid."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Disgusting attitude from shop staff regarding mouldy food! Ordered pizza and burgers for collection, pizza was disgusting and found the bottom bun on one of the burgers was mouldy. Because of this I stuck to the pizza and binned the burger. Once we had finished eating my partner rang the shop to let them know about the burger bun, purely for the reason of letting them know. Wasn't fussed about the money. The man of the phone was extremely rude, basically made us out to be liars, stated it must have happened in the time we had picked up the food and hung up. Will not be ordering from here again, not because of the burger bun but because of the mans attitude when we tried to bring the issue to the shops attention."
