"Ordered a margarita pizza tonight not only did this mess come with everything on it and I don't eat meat but when calling the "manager was absolutely vile screaming over me telling me to re order and pay again would not even let me speak. Will never order from here again 30euro in the bin because I would touch this mess absolutely shocking customer service! Waiting all day for a take away to be treated like that too! Never again"

"This is beautiful reasonably priced food. Kebabs are huge. Sauce is gorgeous. Pizzas are cheap and as nice as the specialist pizza places, the all day special is 9.50 for a 12" including a can. The chips are the best in Dublin and very quick delivery Very generous portions Honestly not a single complaint with this place Love it."

"Been ordering from Regattos for sometime as when I began ordering they were very good. Slowly the quality has declined. This evening I ordered something that I haven't ordered before from Regattos and was massively disappointed. Taco chips that smelled like fish. Horrified. Tray was a big load of mush and cheese that turned my stomach as soon as I opened it. Called you straight away and was given the answer of "they are reheats this morning " and I ordered at 8PM in the evening. As if that was a valid excuse? Customers don't pay for reheats from "this morning" money down the drain. Tray in the bin. Never ordering again and will never recommend to anyone!!! Also will make sure to tell anyone I know in the area that orders from you to stop doing so. Maybe if as a paying customer you guys had offered to resolve the issue on the phone this would not have happened. Sincerely, a lost customer."

"Shocking, first the driver gave wrong food I had to chase delivery driver , then they charge €7.80 for this kebab tray, and the tray isn't even full, rang the shop to complain, took 15mins to send more food up, save your money and go somewhere else,"
