"Made an appointment over the phone with Alex, who seemed really good, and even offered to arrange the time for 7pm so I could stop by after work the next day. Which I was really impressed by. Only, when I got to the studio at 6:30pm the next day, the studio was closed, lights off, no one there. Congratulations, you just lost two customers. Shockingly unprofessional. Edit after owner reply: Great response. Really proves me wrong about the unprofessional conduct. Let me make this really easy and clear for you... I. Did. Call. And. Spoke. To. Alex. Who. Said. He. Would. Stay. Until. 7pm. To. See. Me. If circumstances changed, I should have been called and told the 7pm couldn't happen, not left to a closed building.
