"Have worked for this company for about 7 months now and I can say that they should be closed. no care in the world for there workers giving 0 hour contracts at Christmas time to people try to provide for there familys place is a joke management is a joke all in the company's a joke"

"Terrible company to work for there objective is and always has been to get the most work for the least amount of hourly rate they can pay you .the HR team are supposed to have the workers rights as there main priority unfortunately if you have a grevenvce with any key manager director or area supervisor as a worker you stand no chance as HR have the management team as there main priority you could have been bullied for months and take it up with them and your reply will be that they have spoke with all involved and there is no evidence to suggest this happened.i no a substantial amount of workers that got this response to grevenvce meetings as I did myself .my supervisor from many years ago summed the company up in a statement that was made to him by a senior Robinson's manager . Robinson's had just took over the contract in this site and there first day they spoke with this supervisor of mine and there first question was IS THERE ANYONE YOU WANT RID OF .that was from there top management team that sums them up"

"I love working for robinsons the management staff are brilliant the training we receive is out of this world robinsons is best cleaning company for to have in any premises of work cleaning standards are first class the cleaning products are simply the best. When we work alongside good management in robinson then we can work together as a team 'clean as you go' is my motto and it works all the time with my contract manager and reg supervisor they simply are 'THE BEST'."

"I did personally work with some dedicated people during my time both as a Controller and Security Supervisor. The abuse of power by a Key Account Manager was totally unacceptable. Her ignorance and belligerence to many shop floor workers, both security and cleaning services was at times bordering on bullying. On a personal note, a very close Commercial Director to this Key Account Manager was very unprofessional when conducting investigations into an incident where on conclusion at a Magistrates Court, a District Judge made comment to commend two Security Officers on their professionalism carrying out their duties. All security personnel would need to be very wary of their actions, as Senior Management will treat you like the criminal. As a person who holds various SIA licences, they have none. Thanks to the large amount of phone calls and emails supporting or cause which is not finished."
