"Wouldn’t recommend at all .. asked for my sofa to be cleaned throughly and I’ve had to go and pay another cleaning company to come out after .. poor quality , not good enough when you charge £70 , never again don’t use spend your money on a better company cuz they don’t do the job right first time"

"Saw this ad for carpet cleaning and appeared to be a bargain. Whilst the carpet is definitely cleaner there are a few stains which were not cleaned and the carpets were left very wet..some soaking in parts so had to lay down towels all over the house to soak it up. I did not appreciate the water being dripped over my wooden floor and being told ..don't worry about it love whilst I soaked it up with old towels. Unfortunately cannot recommend."

"Firstly Clean suite came highly recommended and positive reviews made my decision to use this company quite easy. Paul arrived, cleaned 3+2 seater sofas. He explained if after drying I wasn’t happy with the clean to contact him and he would return. His parting words were “we stand over our work”. Following day I noticed dirty streaks on the cushions if one of the sofas, rang Paul, he said he would return and fix this, he stated “it was quite a common problem”. After waiting in on three separate mornings Paul never turned up, no phone call or explanation. I continued to phone and txt Paul only to be told he would get back to me. This cat and mouse game lasted 6 weeks, Paul never returned to re clean the cushions. Given the current climate £70 is a lot of money, I am now having to spend more money to have the cushions redone. Whatever happened to We Stand Over Our Work..??? Very disappointed as I had been very patient with Paul."
