"Rude staff Believe the ratings they get , worst tattoo parlour ever. Could you imagine bigger tattoo show like Chicago ink responding to customer the way they do. How do you tell a customer bye, like really.. if anyone makes a complaint via review , you should be trying to find out why they were unhappy.Not insulting them , that speaks volume. No customer service skills and have no regards for paying customers.Dont bother calling them , they pick up when they choose to and always have stupid excuses. Shall I go on.. Wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy .As catchy as the groupon deal is , it really isn’t worth the hassle and insult that you receive. "Not value for money at all, paid for an hour tattoo session but was told that the size I wanted was too big and will take few hours, told her I could reduce the size a little but she insisted that it will take more then the time I paid for. She came with a small size saying that's what will take up all my 1 hour, I have waited for weeks and wasn't prepared to wait again so I agreed because I thought she knows what she was doing, the session lasted 40mins and that was it, with all that 20mins to spare she still didn't want to do little things I asked her to add on. I think she is a rip off with timing and ones you don't agree to pay for more time she will rush and do small thinks for u. Never going back"

"DO NOT BOOK MICROBLADING HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would! I had microblading booked here. I called on the day to check the time of my appointment and I was told that the person who does it was away on holiday! I was also told by the man who spoke to me that he was just being ‘courteous’ letting me know. Courteous would have been letting me know in advance, not telling me once I had called that my appointment wouldn’t be going ahead! Absolute joke of a business. It seemed like the man no longer wanted to talk to me or offer me a solution as I was then told that he was serving a customer and if I called back in 5 mins he would help me. Considering the negative review for microblading already posted on here I think this was a blessing in disguise! Luckily was able to get my money back in credit and book elsewhere."

"Amazing artists! Seeing their great works I would want to try all the designs! Very clean, organized, professional place. Roisin and David are very friendly with amazing personalities. They make you feel at home and answering all questions. Highly recommend and definitely will go back! I had Microblading on my eye brows and it's now in a great shape. Very happy. Best of all it was not as painful as I imagined apart from a slight discomfort which is normal. Healed well and fast too. No worries. Roisn is amazing and very skilled. She gave me all the info and advice I needed. Thank You."

"David and Roxi are ace! Had my first tattoo done here yesterday by David. I am so happy with my sunflower. A totally professional set up. Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Will be visiting next week for a piercing - yep they do this as well. 10/10!"
