"I booked an appointment for a tattoo after discussing with Elsa on instagram. She was friendly and confident that she would redesign and would share the design in good time . She then informed me late night previous to the appointment day about a design which was way different to what I wanted and requested that I come one hour later to the appointment since they had booked in someone else for the slot inspite of deposit £50 I paid trusting their work. I asked for a refund and was then contacted by her manager Alisha who was defensive and a complete waste of time. She kept preaching to me about the policies which they themselves as an organisation do not follow and that I was being “cold and crass” for not being open and understanding their time constraints.. Not only did they not refund my deposit but also wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. Very unprofessional, both poor management and service!!. I recommend that you check all their details and get facts right before trusting your tattoos or deposit with them! Worst experience of my life. Don’t even deserve a one star!!!"

"The only tattoo shop I will go too since I found them by chance about 1.5/2 years ago. Amazing & beautifully talented artists. Always professional, kind and helpful. All the artists explain clearly what the process is, what they will be doing, how long it will take and cost (so no hidden charges!). They are very attentive during the tattooing process to ensure that you are completely comfortable & have always been very easy to work with, willing to add/take away certain elements of a design - they are also very honest about how well certain areas will keep the ink & are also very clear and precise on after care. The shop is also very clean and very welcoming. I always recommend InkedLabs to friends and family. Amazing job as always InkedLabs ❤️"
