"Had my first tattoo ever done here by Federica recently and it was a very lovely experience, very comfortable and very quick! The studio was also very quiet on that day and I'm nervous in environments with a lot of people, so this was the best experience ever for me! Would definitely recommend and the flash designs are very cute :)"

"Do not go here at all costs! Wanted to get a tattoo and this Federica lady said she was going to get back to me in 3 days with a design and it took her about 2 and a half weeks to copy and paste something from Google haha, such a joke. I had to keep chasing her up as well, not professional at all. She also spoke to me so rudely and so passive aggressively, while I was talking so calmly and told her I do not want to cause an argument. Was hard to even book an appointment in the end. Eventually I went with someone else who did my consultation and tattoo in one day, no time wasting. I also asked for my £50 deposit back which she said was non refundable, which was never stated anywhere on there website and I was never told. I then went to the owner and emailed him, he said that they hadn’t updated the website and that he needed to do that but still kept my money. Either way these guys are £50 richer for doing nothing and wasting my time, cheers!"

"I went to the studio Friday to get my hand tattooed by @jemmatattoo , i am very impressed , i couldn’t have asked for a better artist , she made me feel very comfortable, she’s friendly and i am more than happy with her work . She even went out of her way to make sure it was finished and looked perfect . i have a fair few tattoos from many different artist and i must say jemma was the best artist i have seen by far , i would highly recommend ."

"I had my first tattoos done here by @jemmatattoo. The studio is lovely and welcoming and Jemma made me feel so calm and comfortable. I was a bit nervous but she made me feel at ease right away. The other artists in the studio are also really lovely and chatty. The tattoos turned out amazing and am so happy with them - they were exactly what I wanted. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and keep recommending the lovely Jemma to everyone she is so talented from fine line tattoos to micro realism!"

"Do not book with girlwhotattoos. Honestly the worst serivce i have ever received from an artist. Second tattoo with her first time she cancelled on the morning of my appointment- let that one slide. This time it was almost a chore to book with her taking 2.5 weeks to contact me back understand if your busy but thats a bit excessive. This time round cancelled at 2am of the day of my appointment due to her machine not working- very unprofessional to contact a client at this time. Wanted to reschedule but was ignored and told she only does emails once a week, when i asked for a deposit returned i was greeted with a very sarcastic and rude message. Not a way to run a business. If you cant reply to clients/ be polite maybe you should change jobs."
