"I went to check scrap prices and was assured that they pay fair. Was offered £18 for 14k gold and 8£ for 9ct gold which is less than half of today's gold price. I understand they want to make money and probably waiting for a desperate people selling jewellery for nothing but come..not me. If you have time go elsewhere."

"Blonde sales-woman has zero people skills. Pushy sales persona, if you don’t purchase it now then it could be sold by the time you come back. When stated that I wasn’t going to rush into buying it unless I was certain, she was rude and dismissive. Shame as I had a look around a few other shops and would have returned to purchase the watch later that day is she hadn’t been so unprofessional. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere, you just lost a £3k sale."

"Thank you for our recent bad customer experience on Boxing day: Went to a shop, and asked to show jewellery. When a measurement was done, we were waiting for at least 15 minutes, as a shop assistant was busy with other customers (as per assistant). After serving other potential buyers that arrived after us, a shop assistant closed a shop saying that she has no more time, because a shop is closed. Not sure, whether it was due to lack of organisational skills, or no interest in success of the business, but we certainly will not waste our time to visit Aces Jewellers Ltd again."
