"Rude staff who are disinterested in serving customers. Is it really that hard just to be a little friendly and at least acknowledge us when we walk up to the counter? First time we have ever been in this branch of Boots, and probably the last. We popped in to collect a prescription and stood waiting patiently for some considerable time whilst the lady on the other side of the counter, some 2 metres away, looked at us and then just blanked us out. No acknowledgement, no 'we will be with you in a second', nothing. It was as if we, the customer, were an inconvenience. Eventually, and reluctantly, she decided to serve us but we were made to feel like we were a burden and with that we were send away for 10 minutes whilst they put the tablets in a box. Not sure why it takes so long, but again, we were made to feel like we were putting them out. Felt so unnecessary and they really did lack a basic level of customer awareness. To think that most people who use the prescription service are probably under the weather and so a friendly face, happy approach would be welcomed, but no, not at this branch. Very disappointing."
