I honestly don’t have words to describe how good the experience was, not only today, but the previous two visits included. "We visited the Breitling store a few weeks ago to order a Superocean Heritage. Travis Young was absolutely amazing and helped us source and order the one we wished to have. Communication with Travis was fantastic and he kept us up to date with progress, considering there were only 3 available in the U.K he did a great job sourcing us the watch we had set our sights on. It arrived a few weeks later and we collected it on Friday. From the moment we arrived in store and until we left the service and professionalism from Travis was fantastic and we had a great afternoon and were made to feel valued as first time Breitling customers. Also assisting us was Jenna Watson who provided excellent customer service and hospitality. My wife now wants her own Breiting the same model as Jenna was wearing !
