"I paid for for special delivery and item did not arrived on time, I addressed it to Phil Todd, and being as Operations Director he did not even managed to apologise about what have happened and only put blame on Royal Mail. Apparently, my emails did not reached them therefore was answered late. The worst customer service ever and I could not believe that operation director could have such an attiude."
