"I've never actually visited, but saw an advert on Instagram for the weighted keepsake bears. I just received it today and it is incredible! The craftsmanship is excellent, the way the patterns were put in places that showed them off, (like a particular applique on the bears paw so you could see it) and the fact that the hat i sent was returned complete, but as an accessory for the bear is so cute, and it came in a bag that the bear is now using as a nap sack is so cute! I would 100% recommend! Also, customer service was on point when I got in touch, and the turn around time was INCREDIBLE!"
