"Felt really disappointed in my recent visit! I used to be able to find a lot of nice things in M&S but it seems their target audience is currently 65+ a lot less modern/trendy than they were a few years ago! Also had a coffee and cake in the cafe and it felt like a school canteen with really slow service!! There's not a lot left in Truro any more - I think they have the potential to provide a really good shop for all ages but it needs work!"
