"Lovely people and very helpful when ordering flowers for my fathers upcoming funeral. However it would have been better if they had a chair for my elderly mother (aged 94) to sit on while the order was discussed and arrangements made. Mum cannot walk or stand for very long due to ongoing health problems and something to sit on would have made her more comfortable. It is appreciated that the shop is small, but I think some room could be found for a chair in these circumstances. Other than that no problems whatsoever with the staff."
