"We hired Fine Shine to do end of tenancy deep clean. The property was well kept and clean and there was no need to even clean the carpets. It seemed this should be an easy job. However when I got to the property after the Fine Shine left I noticed that all lamps are dusty, there are cobwebs on ceiling and by curtain rails, the top of the fridge was very dusty and the oven extractor cover is all greasy. The worst was bathroom – toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned at all (lime scale and dirt all around and on the bottom), shower cabin frame was all dirty there were even dust bunnies between shower door and the frame. We called Fine Shine to complain and they sent the team to clean again. They came and even when I told them about the dirty shower cabin, they still were unable to clean it properly. They got very defensive and said that lime scale from the cabin has been cleaned. When I pointed out the dirty toilet I’ve heard that: “This cannot be cleaned with bleach and brush”. I just said I could prove them wrong and sent you pictures. (took me 15 min to clean it and I have pictures!). When they were leaving, they said “It’s a farm house, in a week it will look the same”. Summarising, I found Fine Shine very unprofessional, their cleaning was sloppy at best. We paid for deep clean, we didn’t even get the light dusting. The staff clearly have no idea how to clean and don’t care about the result or the customer. They weren’t at all apologetic when they came the second time and I found them rude. Fine Shine not so fine!!!"
