"We had used Becky a couple of times and no issues. My messages were then ignored for weeks but she replied when my husband asked about grooming a dog. Honesty would have better and more professional rather than saying no big dogs. Luckily we have found another groomer who is more accommodating and doesn't ignore customers. I can see on her fb page she has since groomed big dogs so this was clearly a lie."
