"The pool has a nice window where sun streams in the morning and late morning swims are really quiet and peaceful. The staff are also really lovely. However, the facilities are shabby and I've stopped swimming in the evenings because the changing rooms are covered in mud and hair at that time. Swimming pool is also pretty busy in last evening and first morning lane times, with very narrow lanes so that breast stroke is near impossible! The sauna is strangely located too, so that you have to pass the gym in your swimmers. The pool is definitely colder than it was but that seems to be everywhere since the energy price rise."
