"Absolutely disgusted with the way this company does business in a very immoral way. Will sell you a item but within 24 hpurs even though the product was no good to me as didnt work at my house refused a refund but kindly offered to buy it back off me for 75 percent of the price, not the forst time something like this has happened with wants, i would avoid at all costs they will roll you over but its legal for them, avoid, avoid, avoid!!"
"I've been using this place for decades. I've never had complaints buying or selling. I recycle for a living and am often given products. I need to sub-contract my selling. I have no emotional attachment, even today I'm dismayed when people are offered fair market value and feel abused. They can't walk into a wholesale, quick-sale world, expecting retail prices leaving no meat on the bone for the company. My only complaint the company is so spread through Plymouth, the portion of the company you need to get to is the most inaccessible. The staff are always wonderful and professional. Thank you"
"Never give you a good price and staff can be nice on a day that suits them. Also have a bad game selection and NEVER really take anything in anymore as they seem to realise there going to go bust sooner rather than later. Also can I ask Wants manager a question? On your window it specifically says "Come to us last because we'll give you the best price" yet you have NEVER given a price anywhere near the best and 99% of the time are always bottom of the offer list compared to the other competitors by at least £20 or sometimes upto 50% different. Proves my point."
