"I ordered an oasis for a funeral yesterday. I am bitterly disappointed. I asked for claret and blue flowers. I know that those colours can be difficult to obtain. I said if you are unable to get those colours put claret and blue ribbon on the oasis. All I can say is the blue was a washed out blue looked more like grey and the claret was a pale purple. I was so upset. I paid £50 for this arrangement it looked like it was a £20 arrangement. A very unhappy customer"
