I was remotely deciding from actual photographs that Charlotte sent to me on what funeral tribute I would choose as I had a specific tribute I wanted to order and I ordered one just from the actual website as well so two in total. Communication throughout was brilliant and she was patient with listening to information. The flowers were really fresh and vibrant and really did look brilliant.
