"Wow! Every year for numerous occasions I always go to Samantha’s and still to this day the quality of her work amazes me! Nothing is too hard for her. She goes out of her way to get exactly what the customer has asked for. Her customer service is also outstanding. She really takes the time and care which is what anyone would really want. "Local florist. I decided to use for my Mum's funeral arrangement. The blonde lady was rude and cold, with no customer service skills. The floral arrangement made how ever was lovely. What I had asked for was quite pacific, the flowers were very important to get right. The secondary flowers I ordered at short notice for delivery the same day due to my daughters flowers not being delivered by her own florist for Mums funeral were again lovely. I was some what torn about writing this review. I would not use Samanths Flowers again. The whole experience left me with a uneasy feeling because of that first and subsequent interactions. From some of the reviews I later saw on line, I see this attuide is not a one off. It cost nothing to be polite, and I believe that you are losing repeat custom and word of mouth recommendations which is a shame for a local business I would have liked to support."
