"Don’t bothers they quality is embarrassing. Get better quality and price in a supermarket. Completely rip off tried to speak to customer service and got brushed off and basically told to deal with it. Then the company posted private messages some of which include me talking about about my financial situation as what I can only see as them trying to embarrass me. But In reality has only proven them to be a low quality company. I urge you all to go literally anywhere else. Absolute clowns. Also trying hard to help me isn’t offering a discount to give you more of my money ahahaha And to add they haven’t replied to the last message but thought it appropriate to comment on trustpilot telling me to change my review lol"

"Flowers are delivered by Royal Mail on next day delivery. So subject to whatever Royal Mail decides. Was unable to deliver flowers on time for valentine's day. Would not recommend if you want your flowers delivered on time."

"Unfortunately I ordered some flowers before reading this place’s reviews. I ordered a bouquet for someone’s birthday and placed my order with them given that it was the closest florist to the delivery address. My order was supposedly sent the night before it was needed, even though I placed it with 4 days in advance. It’s now been 3 days after it was meant to be delivered and the person still hasn’t received it. Im very disappointed for a company that’s meant to provide a service for fresh flowers delivery on punctual and special occasions that they can’t deliver to an appointed date, goes without saying that costumers would expect their orders to arrive on the date to make that someone else feel special and yet they fail to provide that service. Extremely disappointed. Avoid at all costs."

"WOW, I am amazed this company is still in business. I purchased some flowers on the 1st Sept 2020 for delivery on the 3rd Sept 2020 - paid extra for the tracked service as per their site (£10.50) the flowers arrived on the 4th Sept 2020 - late for my our anniversary - total order £42. Didn't want to disappoint my wife, so purchased a couple of bunches from my local M&S. The quality of the flowers that did arrive on the 4th Sept did not represent value at all, half the stems were bent and some broken. I sent them a couple of emails, the reply was put them in a smaller vase... I accepted that the flowers were just not up to standard, and maybe I was just unlucky. So i asked for my delivery charge to be refunded, as they didn't do what they said on the site. After a number of emails ignored, i called and spoke to James Hunt (MD) - I was referred to as the "Chap who wants money back and something for nothing".. Very very unprofessional. Purchase with extreme caution. They did offer me £10 worth of free flowers off my next order.. I wouldn't want to order from them again. Will buy locally next time."
