"First up, I work with Kay and felt compelled to leave this review in defending of her honour after reading such a mean-spirited and inaccurate review recently. I was working at the time this customer came into the shop and have struggled to understand how they left with such an unfavourable opinion given the circumstances. Kay has a loyal and appreciative bunch of lovely customers who enjoy her care and creativity, knowledge, generosity and aesthetic and would be equally as surprised as I that Kay's efforts to please a customer could be so misconstrued. "Saturdays are my favourite day of the week as that's when my flower delivery arrives! Kay always puts together the most fantastic displays for me and I love the surprise of what she is going to choose. I've also bought some unusual house plants from the shop both for myself and as gifts and the selection of stunning pots to complement them is great.
