"Bouquet was beautiful, however instead of the 50th balloon I specially ordered, they substituted it with chocolates without any communication. Unfortunately the recipient cannot eat chocolates so when I notified them, they offered to send a mini bouquet as an apology. No mini bouquet was sent. I followed up and they apologised and assured me it would now be sent. Surprise surprise, no mini bouquet was ever received. Why promise it if you were not going to deliver? Will not be re-ordering in future."

Ordered birthday flowers for a friend and get well flowers for another requested bright and pastel colours both turned out amazingly beautiful, delivery was fast and on time nice and early.. both loved their flowers high quality! Thank you ever so much as I had bad experiences before however i’m glad that i have found a trustworthy florist! Excellent customer service to very friendly staff as they were very helpful.
