I know flowers have a limited life and we are happy to pay for quality, but they are over priced and poor. Also no response when we enquired about the above directly."

"Lovely autumnal flowers, different from many bouquets and the staff were very helpful but it’s the packaging that’s the problem, hence the score. Really disappointed the flowers didn’t have a carton to carry them.The plastic water bag at the bottom of bouquet (almost £55 worth) could not support the flowers wrapped in black paper on top while trying to drive with them although I put them in the leg space on the bottom at the back of the car. They clearly tilted as the water was running out while trying to get them home and the paper wrapping became soggy and I have no idea how to take them to a restaurant tomorrow and how on earth they will remain upright. I’m concerned if I remove the bag with water that the flowers may get ruined without water all day as I need to take them with me at 9 am but the celebration starts late afternoon in a very warm, crowded environment. So the carry carton/box would have done the trick!! But the flowers are beautiful thank you."
