"Our wedding flowers turned out amazing!! I wish I had the photographer photos to share (especially a close up of the floor flowers), but this is all I really have right now. No issues with delivery or clean up either and everything was setup perfectly. I also wanted my bridal boutique made bigger last minute and they were happy to make the changes for me!"

"Mystique nailed the brief for my 50th birthday lunch at Hush Mayfair in January 2022. I gave them a very brief outline with regards to a colour scheme and they exceeded my expectations, producing ten beautifully fresh and colourful arrangements for the tables along with a show-stopping vase for the main entrance on the bar. Their delivery and collection service is first rate. It meant I could enjoy the flowers for almost two weeks after my party which was a real bonus. My children were most surprised when the flowers were delivered to home on the Friday evening before we were even home from the party! Thank you very much."

"My husband always gets flowers for me for special occasions at Mystique flowers. We also got flowers here for our civil ceremony and celebration 1,5 years ago. This time he got me a bouquet for my birthday for £45 on Thursday. On Friday morning the roses were already brown and rotten. I am very very upset. £45 is very expensive for a bouquet that lasts one day. I am not sure I would ever get flowers in this shop again after this experience:( I have 2 bouquets from supermarket for £6 that until now look amazing! Update: Following Mystique’s offer of an apology, new bouquet and refund, my husband went to shop. He leaves the following update: Seeking to take advantage of the owner’s generous and gracious offer (below) I went into the shop to collect a new bouquet and a refund, taking our three week old baby with me in his pram. I have used Mystique for several years because the quality, service and value has always been excellent. When I mentioned why I had come this time, I was surprised to be treated with hostility by the owner, who first asked if my wife was Russian. He then proceeded to complain about my wife’s review, accusing her of being rude and aggressive, and implying this was because she was Russian. She is in fact none of these three things. The shop was upset by her leaving a review online rather than her calling them to resolve the issue. With a three week old baby in front of him, he asked why she had not taken the time to answer their response below. He was not satisfied when I said we had been in hospital. The owner’s behaviour was positively bizarre, complaining the entire time he was making my wife a new and very beautiful bouquet, while also honouring the pledge to refund the initial bouquet. A refund AND a new bouquet is entirely above and beyond what we would expect in this situation, but it has been spoiled by the surly customer service. People buy flowers because they want to spread joy. I would not wish to return to a flower shop, or recommend it to others, where I had been made to feel uncomfortable - no matter how beautiful the flowers are."

"We are lucky to live near to Mystique Flowers as I think it's one of the best florists in London. They are passionate about their craft and we have never been disappointed. We ordered four bouquets for a celebration specifying whites, creams and greens but we left them to select flowers. Their arrangements of tulips, freesias and white peonies were stunning and the addition of mint was INSPIRED as it created a heavenly fragrance. Mystique are in high demand so recommend that you order in advance but they are very responsive to email."
