"Very impressive hotel with absolutely stunning views, particularly from the comfortable and relaxing lounge, outdoor garden, and swimming pool. I had the single room which was compact but nice and cool even during a very hot period. Breakfast was delicious. Service is friendly, proprietor clearly enjoys running the business. "Family of 4, children aged 15 and 12, loved the breakfast and location went because Mum stayed as a child, still has the country hotel feel yet not far out of town. Feel very fit after all the walking, Looe is quite steep with lots of steps. The heated outdoor swimming pool was good to come home to after all the days sightseeing. Good to have parking on site, as parking is an issue in the area. Very friendly staff - room very clean with tremendous views over the bay"
"Lovely place to stay. Fantastic swimming pool and views. The rooms are a good size and the staff are all so friendly. The food at breakfast and evening meals are delicious and the bar had all the normal popular drinks. They even have a DVD library if the weather is a bit wet or you want a quiet night in your room. We found it easier to drive down to the town as the road to get there has no pavement."
