"I’m not saying they broke my oven but it worked before. And now it doesn’t. And now it has bits hanging off the inside. They don’t seem bothered about any of these issues, suggesting I ‘get an electrician’. So I’ll obviously have to sort it myself. I wish I hadn’t bothered getting it cleaned. And after my experience I suggest you don’t bother either."

Recently, I emailed about replacing a perished seal and he replied with advice on finding the right seal online and replacing it myself. I appreciate the free advice and honesty of not trying to sell me the oven seal and labour himself."
