Domestic Cleaning Company

"Appalling service: not to be trusted. I wrongly thought that using a company and paying above the norm would mean good quality cleaning. Sadly not. The list they give online of what’s covered is not in any way followed. Over 20 obvious things were left uncleaned / untouched in my flat. When I spoke to the office person she responded with anger. In order to get my keys back I had no choice but threaten them with police action :("

Since then they've been invaluable in keeping the building in safe running order for our studio holders; I really can't imagine how we coped without them before! The staff that arrive every week are friendly and great at their jobs, getting on with things straight away and working well to accommodate our specific requests when we have them. "A very professional and well run business, reliable and trustworthy staff which is critical in this line of work. I engaged with Michelle to arrange a deep clean at my place of work (offices with 22 staff). This was a one off clean which was managed very well indeed especially under the constraints of the current pandemic and government guidelines/restrictions. We now have a lovely fresh smelling and most definitely cleaner office; desks, chairs, carpets and kitchen/cupboards. The two ladies who cleaned the office were very pro-active and wasted no time at all in concentrating on the job in hand. A two pound coin was found on the floor and without mention this was left on top of the desk that it was found on. Excellent. We will definitely be engaging again and highly recommend."
