"Nice friendly packing manager she was very helpful"
"I signed up for this account at the Chelsea flower show, attracted by the way the company works and the variety of flowers offered. Great that you can cancel any particular week's flowers and can opt out at any time. My first box contained stunning flowers delivered in the time slot given. They came with a step by step guide for arranging this week's bouquet, which means I'm learning about flower arranging too! 2 sachets of flower food added to box was useful. All packaging is recyclable, which is great. I was in to accept this delivery. No water in the box, so plants might get a bit thirsty if on the doorstop for extended periods??"
"Received my first box today and am blown away by what I have received! As it was my first box I also received a free vase and a pair of secateurs for free. The vase is huge I was not expecting it to be as big as it is and such a lovely style. The secateurs are of a really good quality. I received a card for each advising how to care for them which is a nice touch. Now onto the main event the flowers a beautiful selection and beautiful packaged. Really good instructions on how to arrange and care for them to get the best out of them and extra food. I have previously received flowers from another company that were more expensive and didn't come with anything that Freddies have provided. Also have to praise the customer service as I sent an email after signing up to say that I was allergic to lillies and received a lovely replying advising that they would switch me over to a lily free option, don't think the other company gave this option. Would highly recommend and look forward to future deliveries."
"I would not recommend Freddie's Flowers (FF) to anyone! Really bad experience I had so as my friend whom I gave a gift voucher for free delivery. I was attracted to their offer of a 50% discount for two deliveries. The first delivery arrived as promised on Tuesday but late in the evening. Customer service did not give any notification of arrival, no ETA...I should admit the bouquet looked beautiful but unfortunately the peonies did not open in 7 days though I did the trick with them FF suggested. Then the second delivery did not arrive at all. When I complained the next day, FF said they were delivered the day before but maybe stolen or delivered by mistake to another house. We live in a safe area where people know each other and thefts are not common. FF sent me the photo of a box with flowers by a door, not my door. Thanks to the neighborhood chats I found out that the photo they sent was the actual somebody's else delivery to the village 2 miles from where we live. The untrustworthy company, if not to say dodgy..."
"Tried free box to see if subscription would suit us as we send flowers to friends a lot. Sadly, the whole lot went in the bin - they were so damaged and smelly that I couldn’t even offer them to a friend. Chose non-Lily option (I’m allergic) but got sent lilies which had to go straight outside. But they also added other v heavily-scented flowers, which made the house smell horrid. The whole thing (it was not a bouquet - it was a bunch of untied, squashed, flowers) had clearly been in the box far too long as the flowers were in poor condition & the greenery was crumpled & torn. Incredibly disappointing. Emailed them to cancel my subscription, taking the time to explain why - I didn’t even get an apology. And they ‘hope to hear’ from me again - er, no, that definitely will never happen! Such a shame as we’d have been loyal customers if they’d delivered on their promises."
