"I am extremely disappointed with the amount of bad views on here about customer service here. I feel like with all of this review the management would do something about this by now. I am more disappointed because I wanted to order my dads funeral flowers from here and now I’m worried I will get bad service and I just can’t be going through that right now. I strongly recommend management or the owner to put their foot down and sort out their staff or maybe it’s themselves that they need to sort out because it’s a shame to have a perfect location and flowers but silly staff who can’t even give the customer a bit of a smile. "I bought 2 Xmas decorator pot from the shop as the photo shows. Should be £12.90 as the old lady told me. But today I checked my bank statement, I have been charged £21.90. Phoned the shop, told me I have to bring those two flowers and the receipt back. But I live one the east side of London, gonna cost me more for the travel fee. The lady on the phone said “I’m really busy, there’s no better solution”. I think there is a better solution which I can took photos and you guys can transfer the money back to me."
