"Steph at Wrap and Tie Floral did our wedding flowers for our wedding at Pembroke Lodge in September. We had excellent suppliers but Steph really was a league apart. From our first meeting, Steph put us totally at ease and within 10 minutes had completely got what my husband and I wanted, despite us having no real clue about flowers or what we wanted beyond lots of greenery! She kept in touch over the course of 11 months, tweaking and adjusting the quote as we chatted. On the day, Steph delivered our flowers to The Petersham Hotel and I was staggered by just how beautiful they were. The bouquet was exactly what I had pictured, and she had created a beautiful flower crown for me, and two gypsophila Alice bands for my nieces. Our flowers at the venue were simply stunning and we got so many compliments from our guests. You can see how much Steph invests in her work and how important it is to her that you love the flowers. For this, and many other reasons, we cannot recommend Steph highly enough. Thank you Steph for making our day extra special."
"From the first time we met Steph to work on our wedding flowers, she showed herself as a very professional and honest individual in addition to be extremely competent and passionate about her job. We therefore decided to go with her and that was the best choice we could have ever made. We met with Steph an additional time before our wedding to finalise everything as we knew we could trust her 100%. And we were right! The flowers on our wedding day were absolutely amazing and exactly (if not better) than what we were expecting. The bouquets were absolutely stunning (see some pictures attached) and all our guests were very impressed with the floral decoration. They are still holding very well even after few days! "Steph was amazing throughout the entire process! I got a great feeling about her right from the start during our first consultation. Not only is she warm, friendly, accommodating, and talented, but her attention to detail is amazing. She was so thorough and made sure she was going to create arrangements that made our wedding day beautiful. During a very uncertain year where wedding plans were constantly changing and everything was up in the air, I was never nervous about the flowers because Steph assured us that everything on her end was going to be taken care of. On the day of the wedding, she was so on top of everything and the flower arrangements were stunning! I cried tears of joy when she brought my bouquet and the bridesmaids’ bouquets to us on the morning of the wedding. They were exactly what I wanted. When I walked into my wedding venue, Pembroke Lodge, I had a huge smile on my face seeing everything we had discussed for so long come alive and look absolutely beautiful. "From the moment I contacted Steph, she put me at ease immediately. She was able to put together exactly what I wanted and provided expertise advice on what flowers would work and what wouldn't. She offered one to one meetings in person and over zoom to ensure I was happy every step of the way. Steph was flexible with all the changes due to covid and completely adaptable when our wedding suite changed three days before our wedding day! So many of our guests complimented on how beautiful our flower arrangements were on the day and I cried when I saw it! It has been such a pleasure to work with Steph.
