"Haven't used the vets as yet but on our introductory visit to register our cats the reception team were friendly and supportive and definitely appear to have genuine interest in the wellbeing of our pets which is reassuring. Only bother is that the pet health plan doesn't include insurance against illness and or injury and I'd rather that be something that can be added to the monthly health plan instead of having to do it all separate."
