"I will now only be using this company for any flower arrangements. I was blessed by a member of staff who had advised me the right quantity for rose petals i needed to end my magical day proposing to my now called wife as well as creating me a beautiful rose arrangement for this special day. I am afraid i cannot remember the lady’s name however i would like to thank her so much for all of her help, the time taken to make the arrangement as well as going out of her way for me as I believe she had run out of roses and she had physically gone out to get some more for me. She too held them for me and allowed me to collect early morning out of opening hours. Without her I don’t think i would have been able to make the proposal as special as it was. This was back in Feb 2022."
"Disappointing. My huge (and expensive) bunch of roses started wilting literally a couple of days after the purchase, despite being looked after correctly. The flowers sadly went to the bin quickly, so not good value for money at all. If you want quality fresh flowers that last really long, go to Flower Lady Hayes."
