"My friend and I went for the bottomless brunch and it was well worth the money. Our food was a little late in coming but when it did it was very good. We were going to head out into Belfast after but the music was great, we were very impressed so we decided to just get a table and stay there, we had a fabulous night drinking, dancing and singing and we are already planning another night!"
"We were there for Christmas dinner. It was a bit of a mixed bag. The room we were dining in was cold and really not suited to dining in. The tables were wobbly, and the furniture mismatched with a mix of some plastic and some wooden chairs. The tables were not decorated, and there was no table linen. We booked the gold package for £35pp with a free cocktail on arrival and free glass of wine. The service was VERY slow, there was two bar staff on to serve a room full of around 50 to 60 people. Clearly not enough as it took them an hour to bring ordered drinks, and we had to keep asking repeatedly. It was very disorganised. The food was ok. It was edible but served on wooden platters with dips served with starters in plastic containers. The mains had mozzarella sticks and dough balls, etc, but no dips were brought with the mains, and the Christmas chip ws served in a cardboard bowl, and Christmas chip was a tad bland. The pizza and nibbles were ok but nothing special. The glass of wine we were due to have with our mains turned out to be what you'd measure as 2 shots in a wine glass of wine, not even half a glass full. There was no entertainment on in the room which you'd normally expect at a Christmas Dinner do. There was live music in the main bar, but it was completely packed out, and everyone was wearing coats, and they had put heaters out there. There weren't even Christmas decorations up in the room. The ladies' toilets are unpleasant, can't speak for the gents wasn't in it. They are SMALL, theres only 3, and the cublicles are tiny. You have to climb over the loo to shut the door. We had to ask staff for loo roll as it wasn't being checked despite a lady sitting in it with toiletries, which in my opinion is TOTALLY pointless when there is no space to start with. The loo seats are rickety, There was no soap in the dispenser, and around the one useable sink was dirty. They need cleaned and redecorated and given more space. All in all, I'd say save your money and book elsewhere. It was definitely not worth the £35 a head"
"Very poor customer service, waited 30 mins for a drink which took 30 mins out of our 90 minutes of allocated bottomless brunch and had to ask the bartender if our drinks had gone through and they had not. Had to get our own drinks from the bar even though it stipulated it was table service for bottomless brunch. We ordered food and asked for an adjustment of the food, this was not put down that it was a replacement and instead was just added on so we ended up with extra food that went to waste. For our last drink we were told it was glass only and no more jugs which was not stipulated to us from the start."
"Haymarket was really fun, the bottomless brunch was good value. Only downside is the table for 2 people is very small. If 2 of you gets pizza, 1 of you will have too keep it on your lap. Would still recommend."
