"Avoid, ordered something saturday 4th, email the 5th with a dispatch for dpd, 5 days later parcel is still not collected, employees don't really seem to care, questioned what was happening on the 8th was told would be collected that same day, never happened, now near a week after ordering and still nothing sent or received, avoid this branch of cash converters clearly they think people's business and money is of no haste"

"What a disgrace the staff are to bone ideal to make space in they back room for a bike which don't take up much room on a buy back and helping someone in need but yet chose to call the police when I weren't even kicking and could easily be rectified I will be making a complaint to they head I am disgusted by how I was treated. How would they like it if they were in need. Utterly disgraceful."

Both Ricki and Lauren tried to find the right cable in the back room, Ricki eventually found it and said that he keeps the cables especially organised and knew that he would have the right one.
