"Cash converter Bethnal Green branch from the female manager to the female assistant who has multiple piercings in her face the customer service is poor and disrespectful. On two separate occasions where I encountered these individuals is nothing to spread the word about. The entire staff need to be retrained, mystery shoppers need to be sent there and pretend to be an unhappy customer so they can see how they truly address customers. Their common customer is someone who is struggling for cash and they have conformed their attitude to not respect such people. While explaining their policies to you, they explain with a rude and condescending tone. I would not recommend anyone taking their business there for anything, find a different branch entirely. If you happen to arrive late or just before their closing time you'd be lucky if you leave with your dignity intact. They will point you out the door in anger telling you rudely they rare shut and hurry you on your way like you're a plague."
