"Firstly Kasia always answered any questions I had regarding my tattoo through message very promptly. When I got there I was greeted warmly and kindly. The studio was clean smelled nice and I was put at ease straight away with drinks and sweets offered(and a great choice of music)! Kasia was a perfectionist and got my tattoo image in place exactly how it should be before she started. She spoke to me throughout and made sure I was ok. I absolutely love my tattoo. It is perfect!!
